failed attempt at tour journal
I’m back from tour and back from another wonderful visit to Nashville. Tour was fun, but I didn’t do a very good job of keeping a journal of it obviously. We made a lot of new friends, and for the first time made some money! The past two tours have been disaster stricken, so any money we made off shows had to be spent on rental vans and/or repairs. We were lucky this time around and only got a flat tire, which they were able to fix!
Fun new band to check out = Cruiserweight. These guys/lady were super cool to us in Texas. I hope we get to play with them again soon.
Nashville was great. Wyatt took me to see the fireworks downtown - they were beautiful! Saw Spiderman 2, it was pretty killer. We spent most of the other time watching movies at home and eating haha. Both of us love food (probably too much) so it’s really fun to make our own food. I’m starting to get really into cooking. We made this killer peach stuffed french toast for breakfast… ugh, it was amazing. I have a theory that anything with a package of cream cheese involved has to be good, haha! God help me when my metabolism quits being good to me.
